What cooking means to me

I wasn’t born Chef but I choose to become Chef: after my graduation in Translation and a Master degree in PR I worked as a Social Media Manager for some years. My passion for cooking pushed me to quit my job and follow my dream path. After attending the cooking school and after working for some of the most prestigious restaurants in Milan, I am now private chef and cooking teacher.

I was born in Apulia, and you can really tell in my dishes. I care for the environment and the sustainability of food, its seasonality and I try to reduce waste as much as I can. I am certified HACCP

Beautiful and yummy dishes

We eat with our eyes before eating with our mouth: aesthetic is crucial for me. I try to mix the flavors that remind me of my childhood together with new ingredients in order to reach new combinations
